1. Explain why you selected each of the three videos you choose from the selection listed above.
I picked the two Greek videos and the Middle ages video because i always was fascinated with the Greek culture since i was a child and the middle ages or darke ages have also been something i have found interesting for example the black plague Knights and its just something that caught my eye.
2. For each video list/discuss the key concepts you learned.
Greeks moved toward human centered concerns and discarded religious function. the evolving in realism and telling us how greeks were working at a whole different level of sophistication during their time was a key concept throuhout these videos.
2. How do the videos relate to the readings in the text?
They basically say the same thing as the book but gives us a visual and gives a little bit more detail so that we can have a mental pictgure and actual see the sculptures or the architecture for ourselves.
3. What is your opinion of the films? How do they add depth to understanding of the readings and art concepts.
The films are desent but they look old to me and the narrator is alittle boring. They do add alot of depht by giving us more detail and adding a visual aspect to it.
