Questions about the artwork:1. How are the artworks organized? I really didnt see a pattern in the exhibit but they were all seperated by different rooms.
2. How are the artrworks similar?
They all used similiar lighting and they all used video as some part of the exibit
3. How are the artworks different?
Each artwork has a different meaning an is up for a different interpretation. They all look similiar as in lighting and the fact that it is video but when you watch the video everything changes
4. How are the artworks framed?
They are all either projected from a prjector or played from a tv or on screen

Isaac Julien Western union: small boats, 2007 Three screen projection. He  portrays african and asian stowaways traveling 100 miles every year in order to escape harsh conditions at home. I dont know why thsi reminds me of slavery and people trying to escape the hollicaust but i enjoyed this three screen exhibit.
Jaye Rhee Tear, 2002 Four channel video installation. This piece of work can be interpreted in many differnt ways she says that it is the singular expressive gesture cleverly contrast the diligence of the human spirit and its progress against adversity. But i thought it just showed how a person always has some sort of obsticle in front of them. and her cloth uses great symbolism along with the use of dull colors makes this piece work for me.
